The President and Founder of TDSunshine Property Management. He is a Florida Native having been raised in Fort Lauderdale since 1968. He is an energetic, effective and amiable leader with over 15 years of business and facility management experience. He has a certification and over 10 year in Project Management. He has a Masters in Business Administration and is a licensed Community Association Manager.

Jack Toft-Nielsen, C.P.M, MBA:

The Vice President and Founder of TDSunshine Property Management. He is a Florida Native since 1954. He manages the Financial Operations of the company. He has over 20 year experience in vendor, financial and business management. He is certified in Quality Improvement and Change Management with over 10 year experience in the field. He has a Masters in Business Administration and is licensed as a Purchasing Manager.

Wesley Acevedo:

A full time Realtor with over 5 years of extensive knowledge of the mortgage lending and property management industries, who believes in treating her clients as if they were family. She was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico but has lived in South Florida since 1994. She has many years of accounting experience and helps in the financial management of all properties.

Working together and with other staff members, this professional team handles the day to day, hands-on management and leasing of a portfolio of more than 90 units. They provide property management services at below market rates and personal services not obtainable from larger companies. This team's goal is to treat every client's property as if it were our own.
